Our Fresh Pick of the Week, FARM FRESH EGGS comes in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors. You don’t even need to dye them unless you want to! Choose from chicken eggs or duck eggs - all Hormone-free, naturally delicious, and brought to the markets by local farmers!
Looking for a really good EGG? EGGS that come from free range poultry are more nutritious, better tasting, and better for you. Free range eggs contain about half as much cholesterol as factory-raised eggs. They are also twice as rich in Vitamin E, up to six times richer in beta carotene, and four times higher in essential omega-3 fatty acids!
Did you know: Chickens are believed to have been domesticated in Vietnam over 10,000 years ago. Their eggs vary in color and size, but typically range from bright white to shades of brown, pink, blue, and green. There have even been recent reports of purple eggs being discovered in Southeast Asia!
Price: $4 per dozen and up, depending on the farm, and the egg varieties.

- On Saturdays in Palm Springs, from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm, adjacent to the Camelot Theatres in the Palm Springs Mall parking lot at 2300 E. Baristo Road at Farrell.
- On Sundays in Old Town La Quinta, from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm, at 78100 Main Street, just a few blocks west of La Quinta City Hall off Calle Tampico.
- On Wednesdays in Palm Desert, from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm, at the Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce, 72-567 Highway 111.
