A few tips on shopping the CFM's

It's always fun to take a quick trip around the market to see what's new.

Smaller bills are greatly appreciated.

Don't forget your reusable bags and baskets.

Hi Foodies,

We have been reading a wonderful book given to Paul and I by one of the Farmers, which also has been recommended by many of you as well. We can't seem to put it down, but we do a chapter at a time to relish in the read. It's all so familar. The title is Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver. It's funny, informative and gives you a true sense of what is going on with our food supply.
