I love the Farmers Market!!!!

Executive Chef & Proprietor

Love At First Bite Catering & Event Planning
Love At First Bite Inflight Catering Services

A native of Illinois, Paul discovered his passion for cooking and fine cuisine at the age of seven. Enthralled with all the culinary possibilities, creating and cooking has been an integral part of his life ever since. He received training early on, from various restaurant experiences and catering venues. He loves the challenges of new food cultures and believes in the resurgence of fine dining and entertaining.

After a successful career as a Business Development Manager in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, Paul settled in Palm Springs to fulfill his passion, which culminated in his premier catering venture: Love At First Bite™. His greatest asset is the dedication and five-star attention that he offers clients, as well as the ambience and visual delights that he creates. Greatly influenced by Mediterranean food as well as contemporary American classics, attending one of Paul's events is to experience a magical feast.

Paul was recently awarded "Best Small Business of the Year 2008" by his peers within the Palm Springs business community, as well as recently opening a new division catering to private jet aircraft using the Palm Springs area regional private jet terminals. He also serves as Chairman of the Center for Spritual Living Palm Springs.

For me, waking up with sun everyday, allows me to feel ever more grateful and happy, and a happy chef makes extraordinary food.

It is sort of like the routine of shopping for fresh vegetables and produce.… Continue

Saturday mornings

As a chef, I work to use the freshest, most sustainable ingredients possable. The work of Paul and his wife, and the Palm Springs Cultural Center, have finally brought regional purveyors to the valley and made it accessable to the public. I look forward to every Saturday, whether I have a cooking demonstation or seeing all my friends at the various vendor stalls. It is like an extension of family with amazing fresh produce, oils and vinegars, chees, flowers, Breads, dates, eggs and oranges, and… Continue
